Cartoon Depicting Bizarre Transvestite Behavior is Shown in Public Schools

I saw this disturbing report this morning on FOX and Friends. They reported on a cartoon video that is being shown to students in California public schools that shows a transvestite boy, dressed as a girl, flirting with straight men. This is a clear case of the inmates running the asylum. IMHO they are "normalizing" and encouraging behavior that is abnormal, unhealthy, spiritually depraved and dangerous. This is so outrageous that I can't believe that it is actually happening.

The nuts on the left seem to enjoy promoting anything that makes a mockery of the traditional American values that made America the freest, wealthiest, most benevolently powerful nation that this world has ever seen. I can't believe that they are doing this with a straight face.

We must not tolerate the glorification of unhealthy, abnormal and spiritually depraved behavior for one more minute. We must fight back and refuse to be cowered by their false charges of bigotry. They are truly nuts and leading us on a path that will result in pain and suffering for our nation as we devolve into an unprincipled corrupt third world nation.

This is why when you are casually called a intolerant, hateful and bigoted because of your opposition to gay marriage, you must fight these false accusations until these "nuts" back down or go away. I hope and pray that parents in California will fight this with vigor, persistence and determination. These deceptive, manipulative nuts running our public schools must not be tolerated. Our nation's future is at stake.

All of this is happening at a time when Obama is calling for more school hours required in public schools. More school hours will mean more indoctrination. More school hours will mean more government control and less parental control of our children.

Parents should Have The Maximum Influence On Their Children, Not Obama, The Schools, Nor Pop-Culture

I was astounded to learn that the above video is being played for children in American Public schools.

I had previously thought that "hero worship" of political leaders was only done in monarchies, dictatorships and totalitarian governments. No wonder many parents are concerned about Obama's address to school children next week. Parental authority is being usurped by the state, the media and the arts.

Today's American youth have power over their parents and most authority figures who are frightened of disciplining them. If they get a spanking for misbehaving, they can turn their parents in to "child family services" and have them arrested and monitored by the state. They teach this to all children in today's schools. This has a very chilling effect on child rearing, when the state second-guesses the discipline of all children. Due to the misguided effort to protect a small minority of abused children, most children are actually suffering from a "disrespect for authority" and a disdain for reasonable self-restraint.

Look at the results. Today's youth have disdain for all that is good, right and proper and embrace and celebrate that which is twisted, abnormal, wrong and evil. This is the inevitable result when their parents are not their ultimate authority.

Today's popular culture ridicules, mocks, discredits and disrespects Christianity, the Boy scouts, the US military, the intact family and the police. At the same time they emulate, imitate and praise, gangsters, sluts, playboys, homosexuals, outlaws and foul language.

Today's popular music is filled with debauchery, drugs, crime, anger, profanity, violence and crude and explicit sexuality. The disrespect displayed by today's youth culture is so complete that they purposely wear tattered misfitting clothing, they show their underwear and purposely leave their shoelaces untied.

Most girls think that is is cool to get attention by dressing like seductive prostitutes, surgically enhancing their breasts and using their power of seduction over all-too-willing men.

They display symbols of evil on their clothing, tattoos and jewelry. Today's most popular symbols are skulls and crossbones which represent poison or murderous pirates (outlaws of the sea), daggers, the Nazi Iron cross, devils, serpents, the flames of hell, guns, barbed wire that represent the fences around prison and more.

They think it is cool to mutilate their own bodies with extremes tattoos and piercings that make them look freakish an non-human.

The last thing we need is for "these young minds full of mush" to be co-opted by politicians who could have selfish and/or malevolent intentions. The public schools, universities, the media and today's popular culture are teaching our youth to question most authorities including, the military, the police, their own parents and even God. It won't take much for a hip sounding president to win their loyalty through deceit and manipulation.

We need the opposite. We need the government to stop meddling with our youth. Our youth are already out-of-control because of the unintended consequences of the government's protection and propaganda. Government should have a minimum influence on children. Parents should have the maximum influence on their children, not the government.

Children need to learn their place and not be empowered by potentially tyrannical leaders, while churches and their parents are being neutered. Common sense says that children should learn from their  parents who have more experience and wisdom, not the other way arround.

It is detrimental to our entire society and to our children themselves when their parents lose their complete authority over their children. Political leaders should never have influence over our children. Their parents need to filter the political propaganda for their children who are unable to discern the truth from the deceptive manipulations that are the mainstay of politics.

Rants, Runts and Ramblings

Recently I have been noticing that many people label any opinion that they disagree with, as a "rant". To my understanding, "rant" is an emotionally charged word. I define a rant as: A wild, incoherent, emotional articulation, where emotionality supersedes rationality. Are there other common definitions that I am not aware of? The term rant implies that opposing opinions are emotional and unreasoned and should be summarily dismissed without debate. I attribute this, and many of our modern day societal problems, to the "feminizing" of our society.

Generally speaking, women rely more heavily on their right brain (emotional and artistic) and men have a stronger left brain which relies more heavily on reason and intellect. Both are needed to complement and contrast each other and form a complete human society. This is why it is so important for children to be brought up in homes that contain a loving compassionate nurturing mother and a strong, reasonable and pragmatic father. This is the way God and nature created the vast majority and this is what I consider to be normal. There is no denying this obvious truth. In today's modern society, I am seeing the feminizing of men, due to the decline of the intact nuclear family. Also emotional, half-truths and propaganda are spread by activists and amplified by the media, universities and the arts.

This feminizing has risen to the level of our political leaders, public schools, universities, media and the arts. Boys are taught to be more sensitive, that crying is natural, normal and nothing for a boy to be ashamed of. Boys are taught to run away from a fight, rather than confront an enemy who threatens them and "theirs". Boys are taught that competition is unfriendly and that good sportsmanship should rise to the level of a world where there are no winners and losers. Many schools have discontinued playground games such as dodge-ball and tag, because they are too aggressive. Some schools have stopped keeping score at sporting events, so that there are no losers. Some school plays alternate the lead part so that everyone gets a chance to play the lead, no matter how inept they are. These are all "feminine" views.

I believe my views to be mainstream, reasonable and obvious to anyone who is able to remain objective. Activists on the left, particularly feminist and homosexual activists, often alter public opinion by bullying their detractors with unfounded charges of prejudice, hatred and homophobia. I believe that these unfounded attacks are just as harmful, if not more harmful, than true prejudices, because their aim is to suppress opposing views with emotion, and manipulate public opinion with half truths and outright lies ".

One example that comes to mind occurred in San Francisco, in the early 80's. Before famous author and conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage achieved fame and notoriety, he volunteered in a San Francisco "free clinic" which was run by two homosexual doctors. Savage has earned a doctorate degree at Berkley and studied epidemiology among many other subjects pertaining to nutrition, botany, and natural healing. Savage was personal friends with these two "gay" doctors, who he often socialized with. During the early 80's, Savage noticed that many young, otherwise healthy gay men, were becoming afflicted with an unknown horrible disease that often lead to death. Savage was aware of the unsanitary conditions of the popular "gay bath houses" in San Francisco and reasoned that the activities going on in them was ripe for spreading an epidemic. Although savage had no proof that these bath houses might be spreading disease among San Francisco homosexuals, he called for closing all San Francisco bath houses in an effort to be prudent and avert a widespread epidemic among homosexuals and save many lives.

When Savage made his views public about shutting down all San Francisco bath houses he was vilified as a homophobe and a "gay basher". The gay doctors fired him from the clinic and disowned him as a friend. Gay activist's condemned Savage's ideas as hateful and anti-gay. He was only trying to avert a deadly epidemic that he reasoned was imminent based on his education, reason and common sense. Savage was dumbfounded because he had friends in the homosexual community who had now turned against him.

As it turned out, several years later it was discovered that a new virus called AIDS was responsible for the numerous illnesses and deaths in San Francisco's gay community. Later it was discovered that this disease was spread by unprotected anonymous gay sex, which was common in the bath-houses. If the gay activists would have used reason and listened to Savage, rather than using emotion to condemn him, many lives could have been saved. Eventually all of San Francisco's bath-houses were shut down because they were considered a breading ground for the deadly virus AIDS. However this truth never stopped the gay activists from labeling Savage as an homophobe and gay basher. To this day, Savage is vilified and demonized in the gay community.

The Global Warming Myth Revisited

I believe that a concerted effort is being made to deceive the American public on the issue of man-made global warming. I am not saying that a conspiracy exists between Al Gore, the teachers union, the university professors, the mainstream media, the politicians, the Hollywood elite, and many private corporations. What I am saying is that all of these groups have their own reasons to further the deception of man-made global warming. Most people have a propensity for blaming human activity on the current global climate cycles and like to feel that they are part of the solution, rather than part of the problem. We all like to think of ourselves as the good-guys, and by getting on the man-made global warming bandwagon, we can prove that we are good people because we care about the planet. Some see an opportunity to make money or gain power and popularity. What could be a more worthy and noble cause? To doubt them or debate them on the science is often taken as a personal insult, as if you were calling their character into question.

I can simply prove my point by using Al Gore's words. On the subject of man made global warming Al Gore said: "the science is settled, the debate is over." He also said "global warming is the number one moral issue of our time." The debate is over as far as Al Gore is concerned because he does not wish to participate in debate. When he is asked about specific opposing studies, he attacks the character of the group making the studies and calls the source of their funding into question. Recently Al Gore said people who do not believe that global warming is real and caused by man-made Co2 emissions, are a tiny minority, and can be compared with those who still think the Earth is flat or that the moon landing was staged. In effect he stifles all opposing views. In fact, there is a petition signed by 31,000 scientists, who say that the debate is not over and are trying to make their views heard. Al Gore is just one man. Where the greater deception lies is that the news media, the government, the public schools, the universities and the arts all perpetuate this myth. Many business also take advantage. Such as motels that have placards in the rooms that say “Save the planet”, and then instruct you how to save energy by requesting that your towels and bedding not be changed daily. Polls show that the number one reason why people buy the hybrid Toyota Prius, is not to reduce global warming, it's not to save gas. The number one reason for Prius ownership is to make a statement that shows I care about the planet. Up until recently when fuel prices skyrocketed, the high cost of buying a hybrid automobile did not justify the fuel savings. People bought Priuses as a status symbol to prove that they were willing to spend extra money to help fight global warming. This whole man made global warming myth is the perfect ruse for altruists. What better moral cause that saving the planet with all it's inhabitants. This ruse is sure to bring much self esteem, self worth to millions of unsuspecting altruists.

To me it is clear that the science is not settled. This is a scam, a deception and/or a manipulation, not a moral issue. The global warming myth is being perpetuated like a well run publicity campaign, based on emotion rather than reason. I am constantly seeing images of drowning polar bears on melting arctic ice. The truth is that out of the dozen populations of polar bears worldwide, only two populations are declining in number. The rest are either stable or increasing in size. The worldwide polar bear population stands at 25,000 which is up from a meager population of 5,000 in the early 1970's. The media is also showing images of melting ice in the arctic. What they are failing to mention is that the icepack in the antarctic is at record high levels. The truth is that our climate is a dynamic system that is constantly changing.

Few people remember the "great American dust-bowl" of the 1930s. The highest temperatures on record occurred during the 30s. The massive heatwave and drought lasted a decade and rendered most of the farmland in 5 mid-west states unusable. There were storms of huge black dust clouds, made up of dried up soil, that blew hundreds of miles and turned the sky black in the heat of a cloudless day. This ten year heatwave and drought caused over a million people to migrate to other parts of the country in order to survive and find work. All of this was on the heals of the great depression. This climate disaster exacerbated the economic slowdown as food prices skyrocketed. This all happened during the 1930's, before the bulk of so-called greenhouse gasses entered our atmosphere. This climate catastrophe of the 30's was never attributed to man-made global warming, however, in today's political climate, each and every weather anomaly is blamed on man-made global warming.

I will now relate a few of my own common sense observations which are irrefutable in my opinion. I may be wrong, but it is certainly worth discussion and study. To say the science is settled is an outright lie. The arguments that I make are mostly based on reason, experience and common sense. For example, plants need co2 in order to survive and produce oxygen and food. Higher co2 levels and higher temperatures would result in more plants and more food and more oxygen. Thus co2 is good for humanity, it is not a pollutant. Another point I make is that the global climate has always been in flux, it has always been changing, long before man inhabited this planet. Ice ages and warm periods have always come and gone throughout geological history. The Earth's climate has never been fixed. Another point that I make is that co2 is merely a trace gas at 380 PPM in the atmosphere. Water vapor is much more abundant in the atmosphere and has a much larger effect as a greenhouse gas. Water vapor also "self regulates" the earths temperature because when the temperature gets hotter, more water evaporates, and this produces more clouds which reflects the sun and cools the Earth. So in effect water vapor is a greenhouse gas unless it is in the form of clouds, then it reflects the sun and has a cooling effect. Another thing that I discovered is that co2 is also dissolved in the oceans just like in soda pop. When the ocean temperature rises, co2 is released from the ocean into the atmosphere. This may explain why the records show that global temperature rise, always precedes the increase in co2 in the atmosphere. Articles that I have recently read reiterate these conclusions that I have come to on my own using reason, logic and common sense. Not to mention the fact that Al Gore keeps insisting that the science is proved and the debate is over and that this is the number one moral issue of our time.

If global warming is such a serious threat that everyone knows is true, why do many Hollywood celebrities and wealthy people live on oceanfront property or near the ocean. According to Al Gore's documentary, sea levels are expected to rise and coastal flooding is imminent. In a time of falling real estate prices nationwide, why is expensive oceanfront property increasing in value?

All I am trying to say in this modest article is that the debate is not over, but it is being suppressed. What if Gore is wrong and we are actually entering a period of global cooling. Man's intervention, in an attempt to stave off global warming, could exacerbate the problem if global cooling was happening. During the 1970's a consensus of scientists published articles that stated global cooling was happening, and we were on the verge of the next ice-age. Global cooling would be much more harmful to life than global warming. Global cooling would reduce plant life which would lead to famines worldwide, not to mention decreased livable land mass.

Environmentalists give us meager humans too much credit. Human activity is insignificant when compared with the awesome powers of mother nature. The Earth's climate changes in natural cycles due to solar activity, magnetic fields, changing planetary orbits, volcanic activity, collisions with objects from space and other causes beyond human control and understanding. The Earth's climate has been in a constant state of flux for billions of years and there is little to indicate that these cycles are influenced by human activity. Scientists have also determined that global warming is currently also occurring on Mars, the moons of Jupiter and Pluto. Surely humans have no influence in these remote places.

All I am asking is: Why are school children and university students being taught that man-made global warming is a fact when this is just a theory? This is only one of the many areas where today's youth are being deceived and manipulated into believing things that are politically correct, but have not been proven to be true.

My Views On Homosexuality

First I would like to say that it is a deception to try to convince the public, including school children, that homosexually is a normal and positive behavior. It is not normal behavior. No parent wants their child to be a homosexual. When a parent finds out that their child is homosexual, even the most loving, open-minded parents are usually disappointed.

Many homosexuals feel some sort of resentment that they were cheated out of a normal life through no fault of their own. Often they over-react with "in your face" public displays of homosexuality, sado-masochistic displays, completely inappropriate behavior in "gay pride " parades and the Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco. I find these public displays inappropriate and offensive.

Families are the foundation of a healthy society. In recent times we have been seeing the breakdown of the intact nuclear family due to teenage pregnancy, divorce, single parents, remarriage and blended families. By gays insisting on gay marriage, it only serves to dilute the importance of the intact family even more. It is clear that children do best on average when brought up in an intact natural family with both of their biological parents. The black population has a 70% out-of-wedlock birth rate, the Hispanic community has a 35% rate and the white community has a 20% rate of out-of-wedlock births. The crime and poverty level of the children brought up in these homes is proportional to their family status. Children from families, with both a mother and father, do better. Their is no question that an intact family benefits children and thus the entire future of our society.

Nobody cares what homosexuals do in private, but most people feel that homosexuality is nothing to be proud of. It is an unfortunate condition, and I have sympathy for homosexuals. But flaunting and glamorizing this abnormal condition is disingenuous and sends the wrong signal that homosexuality is something that should be celebrated and embraced. Many teenagers who may have some propensity toward homosexuality are being encourage to experiment with it. That is wrong. They should be encouraged to get married, have children and keep their family together.

By in large, homosexuals are not discriminated against and make more money on average than straights do. For the most part, most homosexuals are law abiding productive citizens and stay out of trouble. Homosexuals are free to live their lives the way that they choose.

We are all dealt a different hand in the card game of life and we all have our challenges and strengths. Homosexuality is a challenge and should not be confused with a strength. To ask our children to celebrate, embrace and experiment with homosexuality is wrong. We should accept and tolerate homosexuality, but not celebrate and embrace it.

There are also many other far more abnormal, negative, harmful and destructive sexual attractions and behaviors. These behaviors include, pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, desire to rape, and sexual addiction to prostitutes or child pornography. The unfortunate people afflicted with these abnormal sexual desires must not give in to their strong desires or they and their victims will suffer severe consequences. I am not equating these criminal behaviors to homosexuality. But these people are also powerless over their abnormal attractions through no fault of their own. They have my sympathy but not my approval. They cause horrible suffering and must be prevented from acting on their desires. The difference is that garden variety homosexuality is between consenting adults and is not criminal.

Gay activists claim that gay teenagers have a suicide rate four times higher than normal kids. They blame this on intolerance and bullying. The media, schools, and universities think that by normalizing homosexuality they will reduce bullying and thus reduce gay suicide rates. The truth is that all people with psychological disorders have high suicide rates. Homosexual activists have successfully lobbied mental health authorities to remove homosexuality form the list of mental disorders. However, I feel that homosexuality is a disorder, and health officials were bullied into changing its classification, just as the activists are now bullying the public to accept gay marriage.

The psychiatric profession is quite subjective. There are no blood tests, cultures, CT scans, ultrasounds or other diagnostic tests used to determine a disorder or to prescribe the proper treatment. Most diagnoses are opinions only and have no medical data to back them up. Psychiatric medications are often prescribed in a trial and error fashion. They rely on feedback from the patient to adjust dosages or change medications. The psychiatric community has changed the classification of homosexuality based on nothing more than opinion and pressure from activist groups.

The whole idea of gay marriage is put forth so that gays can prove that they are normal, just like everyone else. Unfortunately they are not in a very important and obvious way. A marriage between two men or two women will not produce any children. The whole point of marriage is to provide the best possible environment to raise children. This is why marriage is given tax benefits and children are tax deductions. Our tax codes are used to encourage behavior that is beneficial to our society, such as tax breaks for business development in enterprise zones(depressed communities), tax credits for solar and wind power, and tax benefits for families to raise our next generation of children.

In my opinion, the only time homosexuality is harmful, is when it is presented to children and the public, as a normal, acceptable lifestyle to be proud of, it is not. That is a deception put forth by today's homosexual activists, schools, universities, the arts and the mainstream media. They do this under the banner of diversity. All forms of diversity are not necessarily positive, normal and healthy. Today's popular culture is celebrating many forms of diversity that are negative, abnormal and unhealthy. Some examples are the gangster culture, teenage promiscuity, casual sex, rap music and satanism which mocks Christianity. In today's popular culture anything that is abnormal, weird, negative or wrong is considered cool. Homosexuality is actually being portrayed as cool by today's media and the arts. At the same time, the intact monogamous family is considered square. They are sending out the exact wrong message. By condemning the Boy Scouts, the military and the Catholic Church, and supporting gay marriage, gay activists seek to blur the line between what is healthy for our society, and what is destructive. Today's children are being so confused that they no longer can tell the difference between right and wrong, good from bad, strengths from weaknesses and normal from abnormal. It is no wonder that we are seeing our families, values, cultural strengths and society decay before our very eyes.

This is my heartfelt opinion and I believe that many good hearted straight people feel the same way.

Teenage Pregnancy: Shameful or Cool?

I read an interesting article today about teenage pregnancy in a small town high school in Massachusetts. It is about 17 teenage high school girls, all under 16, who made a pact to all get pregnant, so they could raise their babies together. They thought it would be "cool" to get pregnant in high school.

The high school provides day care for their babies so they can remain in school. The problem with liberal policies is that they usually encourage the behavior that they are trying to discourage. Due to the "sex education" classes and encouraging pregnant teens to remain in school by providing "day care", they are normalizing and encouraging teenage sex and pregnancy. I have been a lone voice in saying that stigma and shame needs to be used to discourage teenage pregnancy. Instead the opposite is true, it is considered "cool" to be a pregnant teen these days. Tonight, for the first time, I heard a commentator on a cable news show, echo my sentiments. By providing day care and sex education, they are sending the kids a signal that it is OK to have sex and get pregnant in high school.

As I have written in previous articles, the movie "Juno" normalizes and minimizes teen pregnancy as just a small bump in the road of a cool teenager's life. The publicity that teen actress, Jamie Lynn Spears got after she got pregnant, also helped glamorize and make teenage pregnancy acceptable and even desirable to many teens. Government social programs also encourage this behavior with many programs that are designed to help pregnant teens, but actually encourage and enable teenage sex and pregnancy. Their parents won't mind so much because the baby food, doctors visits, diapers and babysitting will be paid for by government programs. I wonder if the parents of these girls were as nonchalant about their situation as the parents of Juno in the movie.

Television, Computers, MP3 Players, Video Games, Cell Phones, the Breakdown of Morals, and the End of Our Society

I think that the root cause of the breakdown of morals has been the advent of television, and has been worsened by the advent of the computer, mp3 players and cell phones. There is no turning back now and we are all on a collision course with the end of our society as we know it.

I have been watching a lot of old TV shows on cable TV lately. Sit-coms like the Beverly Hillbillies, Sanford and Son, Mash, Mary Tyler Moore (my favorite), Home Improvement, The Jeffersons, Good times, Happy Days, Leave it to Beaver, The Brady Bunch, All in the Family, Star Trek, Hogan's Heroes and Andy Griffith. These shows were mostly made in the 60's and 70's when I was growing up. I didn't notice it when I originally watched these shows back in the 60s and 70s, but now I notice that all of these shows are sending out subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) liberal messages. As the years go by, the messages became more liberal and less subtle. When I was a kid, a big part of my view of the world was based on what I watched on TV. I probably watched 2 hours of TV per day. I remember wondering how my parents could have possibly existed without TV because there was no TV available when they grew up. My parents generation is know as "the greatest generation", because they sacrificed for their children, fought WWII and paved the way for today's prosperity and peace.

It is no accident that the sexual revolution, the feminist movement, the increase in divorce, the increase and acceptance of single mothers, the increase of blended families, the celebration of the working mother, frivolous student protests, the growth of social programs, divisiveness based on wealth and race, the growth of atheism, the pacifist movement, disrespect for the police and the military and the blind acceptance and celebration of everything weird and unusual have all become mainstream, as a result of the messages of these early TV shows and rock and roll music. Many of today's youths, have it so easy, that they never learn the hard truth about life, they learn from TV, movies and music. Others, who have grown up without a "normal family", or in an inner city ghetto, get the message that they are victims and entitled to sympathy and special treatment.

Studies show that today's average teen/tween spends 6 hours per day watching TV, playing video games, on the computer, listening to music and/or talking or text messaging on the cell phone. However, the messages that are sent out on today's media are very strong, blunt, explicit, disrespectful, inconsiderate, violent, sexual, homosexual, outright satanic and immoral. The view that today's youth have of the world is shaped by the messages offered by these medias, just like my generation's views were influenced by TV. But the messages that are sent out today are much stronger and are reinforced by the public schools, the universities, the news media and even by parents who grew up in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. The brainwashing that my generation got from watching Mash, Mary Tyler Moore, Happy Days, and "rock and roll" music, lead to the more blunt and extreme messages that are being disbursed by today's perverted media and education system.

Unfortunately, there is no turning back now. I wish we could go back to newspapers snail mail and the land-line, but we can't put the Jeanie back in the bottle. We are on on downward spiral toward a complete breakdown in morality. Widespread corruption and anarchy will surely follow. When the collapse in our society eventually comes, people will not work together, instead they will act like a mob fighting over the scraps of a once great civilization. They will undoubtedly blame the conservatives, the Christians, and anyone who has retained their moral compass as the cause of the subsequent breakdown of law and order. This will lead to real suffering and wholesale deaths in our country. Sorry if my forecast sounds extreme, and bleak, but I see no other outcome after we suffer a complete moral breakdown coupled with hard times from an economic disaster or an actual physical attack from a foreign or domestic source. Without a strong moral foundation we will be ultra-vulnerable to threats and hard times.

Do you think that I am completely nuts and over-reacting? Do you think that I have everything exactly 180 degrees out of kilter and liberalism will usher in a new era of universal love and peace? Or do you think we will just continue on the path of prosperity and individual freedoms?

Illegal Immigration is Harmful on Many Levels

Illegal immigration is a huge problem for America, as well as for the immigrants themselves. They may be bringing the very same problems to the U.S. that they are fleeing from at home. They are also abandoning their home country, leaving it to decay. Illegal immigration is a lose-lose situation.

Illegal immigration is harmful on the following levels:

• it leads to anarchy and corruption
  


• it promotes a "two class" system in America
  


• it keeps a downward pressure on wages
  


• it puts a strain on limited US services
  


• it gives criminals from foreign countries a safe haven in the US
  


• it allows disease to go unchecked
  


• it dilutes and changes American language and culture
  

Crossing the border illegally is the immigrants first crime. Often, the next crime is forging fraudulent documents, such as social security cards and drivers licenses. I know that if I was caught committing those crimes, I would be charged with perjury and most likely sentenced to serious time in prison. For the most part, illegal aliens get a pass on that. Many of them drive on fraudulent licenses, or licenses that were obtained with fraudulent I.D. Many drive without the benefit of even a phony license. Many illegals file tax returns with fraudulent social security numbers. Many don't pay income tax at all. If I falsified my tax returns, or failed to pay income tax, I would end up in jail. But for the most part, these criminal aliens get a free pass. All of these crimes increase the level of anarchy, corruption and inequality in America. It is a two tear system of anarchy. There is an unwritten law that allows illegal aliens to violate certain laws without serious consequence in exchange for working for low wages. Many so called "sanctuary cities" refuse to enforce immigration laws or question fraudulent documents. Unfortunately, this "two class” system is tearing the American culture, ethics, legal system and economy apart.

When I lived in Los Angeles, many Mexican illegal aliens were cocky and claimed that this part of America was their country, and it was stolen from them by the US. They said that the southwest US really belongs to Mexico. Absolut Vodka even put up ads in Mexico reinforcing this fallacy (click here to see and read more about the Absolut Vodka ad).
The fact is, the U.S. won some of this land in battle, and purchased the rest of land from the Mexican government. When we got the land it was baron, just like much of Mexico is today. We built roads, factories, gasoline refineries, cities, power plants, hospitals, schools, and everything that it takes to support a thriving civilization. Now that we built it up over a period of 10 generations, they think that they have a right to it, and all that has been built upon it. This attitude infuriates me.

Mexico has similar resources that the US has. They have fertile farm ground, two long coasts, petroleum reserves in the ground, natural resources, and over a hundred thirty million citizens for its labor force. Why haven't they built up their own nation? Answer: Their government is corrupt and the country is controlled by lawless drug cartels. They should stay and fix their own country rather than abandoning it and plundering our limited resources. We are suffering as a result of illegal aliens putting a huge burden on our schools, hospitals, police, jails, courts and other public services. At the same time, they are not in their country to help fix Mexico's political problems, and build up their own economy and infrastructure. By leaving they are helping their corrupt government stay in power with little or no opposition.

Mexicans who stay in Mexico consider the “illegal aliens” that emigrate to the US to be traitors to their own country for leaving. By giving Mexicans an easy way out, we are robing them of the opportunity to claim their own country and make it great. If they had no other options, they would surely rise to the occasion and defeat the drug cartels and corruption that is stifling prosperity in their own country. We are doing them a disservice, as well as doing a disservice to ourselves by not strictly enforcing our immigration laws. Strong fences make good neighbors.

Some Mexicans that are sneaking in to our country are criminals that are fleeing the law in Mexico. The corrupt Mexican government is only too happy to let them go, and not be bothered with the destruction caused by their crime, or the cost associated with bringing them to justice and incarcerating them. Many criminal gang members come from South America, through Mexico, and into the US where continue their criminal activities. Mexico tries to stop illegals from entering their country with strict enforcement on Mexico's southern border with Guatemala.

Another negative aspect of illegal immigration is the possibility of disease and epidemic. When my ancestors came through Ellis Island, they were checked for communicable diseases. With hundreds of thousands of illegals entering the US every year unchecked, many diseases enter with them. Measles and tuberculosis were almost eliminated in the US due to vaccine and aggressive testing and treatment. Now these and many other diseases are on the rise in the US due to illegal immigration. The possibility of an epidemic spreading across the US due to illegal immigration is huge.

So many Hispanics are coming to the US legally and illegally, that it is changing our American culture. As many as one million Hispanics are coming to our country annually, half of them illegally. Many are demanding that we speak their language, teach school children in Spanish and even have ballots in Spanish. It is estimated that over ten percent of Mexico's population, now resides in the US. There are about 40 million Hispanics now living in the US. One, out of every 8 people in the US is Hispanic. A majority of them are Spanish speaking. Our language, English, is part of American culture and binds Americans together. This country was founded on the principle of “E Pluribus Unim” which means “out of many, one”. This phrase is so important it is stamped on all US coins. It means that this country was founded by many different cultures and nationalities that “melted” into the common American culture that we know today. If one group comes to America too quickly and in large numbers, they will not assimilate into our common American culture, and the nature of America will change. The U.S. will become more like the failing nations that they fled. Maintaining American culture is vital to our survival and growth. Our unique American culture has led us to become the freest, most prosperous and most powerful nation that the world has ever seen.

We became a great nation by avoiding corruption and enforcing our laws equally for all of our citizens. If we continue to allow illegal immigration, we will watch our country devolve into the same kind anarchy, corruption, poverty and disease, that many illegals were fleeing, when they set off for the US in the first place. We must strictly enforce our immigration laws for the benefit of the U.S. as well as for the benefit of the immigrants themselves.

The Problem with America & Questionnaire

The problem with America is not an economic one, it is a spiritual one. Popular culture celebrates things that are bad, wrong evil and abnormal. They sport satanic symbols, they dress like gangsters and prostitutes, they have disdain for police and military and rich(successful) people and corporations. They mock Christianity and God. They embrace homosexuality, blended families and single moms. They make excuses justifying felons, drug addicts, and homeless bums, illegal aliens and terrorists. The foul language and foul music that is popular among today's youth illustrates their inner attitudes.

Our nation was built on family values and spiritual principles, that are being removed from today's culture in wholesale fashion. Our nation is becoming a house of cards without a foundation. Our economy is propped up by debts that we can-not repay. Hard work, saving and sacrifice, selflessness and humility are not valued by to days popular culture. Instead, popularity, showing off, instant gratification, thrill seeking, and sexuality and happiness have become our new values. I see no way that this next generation can find the courage, strength, selflessness and righteousness to sustain the American way of life and the wealth and liberties we have become accustomed to. Freedom requires restraint. Today, most restraints are considered intolerant, racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic or just plain mean.
